⚠️ 注意:海外客戶的退款權益依當地法律可能有所不同,購買前請詳閱海外匯款客戶條款。訂金一經支付,客製化商品或服務恕不退還。

一、一般消費者權益(台灣)

七天猶豫期

非客製化商品自收到商品 7日內 可無條件解除契約,商品需完整、附件齊全且未使用。《消費者保護法》第19條

退款流程Refunds

退貨商品確認無誤後,14個工作天內完成退款,依原付款方式返還。海外匯款顧客的退款行政作業時間不包含銀行或第三方金流作業時間。《消費者保護法》第19條

訂金規則

客製化商品或服務的訂金不可退,作為諮詢與規劃等行政作業,即使消費者在七天內提出解除契約也不可退。《消費者保護法》第19條第2項

例外情況

客製化商品(如彩妝課程、造型顧問服務)、已拆封或使用的美容、保養、飾品商品,恕不退貨。 《消費者保護法》第19條第2項

商品損壞或寄錯

收到商品 7日內 聯絡客服,我們將提供換貨或退款服務。《消費者保護法》第19條

Overseas Customers (U.S. / Other Countries)

Legal Differences

U.S. consumer protection laws vary by state. Most states do not have a mandatory “7-day unconditional return” law. Refund policies for overseas customers may differ from Taiwan’s regulations.(U.S. Federal & State laws)

Refund Procedure

International payments (credit card, PayPal, wire transfer) may deduct transaction or bank fees. Refunds are calculated based on the product price only and exclude international shipping fees or currency exchange losses. For damaged items, please provide photos and contact us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are limited to product value; shipping or tax costs are negotiated case by case.(Dependent on merchant policy; Taiwan Consumer Protection Act does not apply overseas)

Deposit Policy

Deposits for overseas customers on customized products or services are generally non-refundable, in accordance with merchant policy and local laws. (U.S. law has no unified regulation; handled per merchant policy)

Special Notes

Return shipping fees are usually borne by the customer. Customized products or digital services are non-refundable once provided. (U.S. law has no unified regulation; handled per merchant policy)
